一枚板から削りだしてつくったカッティングボードです。

片面は平らな面、もう片面は彫刻刀で彫り目をつけています。それぞれ違った木の表情を楽しめます。
平らな面はまな板として食材をカットし、彫り目の面はサービングボードとして使うことができます。

経年での色味の変化や刃物のキズも、使い込んだ味わいとなっていきます。
